2. Use of Services.

The services offered by Findool can be used by:

Candidates seeking employment

Employers seeking workers

Users opting for any other services offered on site

Users while accessing the site and using the services offered are forbidden:

From violating local, state, and federal laws

From using illegally, copying, reproducing, selling, and reselling information.

From disclosing the site services to other parties

From interfering in site operations or damaging it in terms of its integrity, security, maintenance, functionality, and operations

From collecting site and service data in a manner that violates the Privacy Policy and the Terms of Use

From selling and transferring Findoole services without express written permission

From posting or uploading third party information that can fall under infringement

From submitting falsified and inaccurate information details

From sending advertising material in the form of spam, etc.

From harassing other members

From using the site and its services for unlawful purposes

3. Access to Databases

Upon joining the forum users get unlimited access to various databases and directory listings, which must not be misused or forwarded to any foreign party by any user. You will not share your username and password with third party users and will not distribute site information with others. You will not use Findool for commercial purposes.

You are responsible for all the information, documents, and media you submit with us.

Findool reserves the right to suspend, limit, or terminate your access to the site without notice in the event that Findool finds its Terms and Conditions have been violated.

You will be allowed to avail services only after payment of stated fees.

None of the information that you submit to Findool can be derogatory, defamatory, libelous, slanderous, threatening, sexually explicit, abusive, or obscene. You will be denied service otherwise.

4.Liability Limitation

As a user your data is used solely for informational purposes. Relevant data that is made accessible on site to employers, candidates, and organizations, is not the responsibility of Findool. Findool is not liable for neither does it endorse user opinions and information that have been submitted on site.

5.The Agreement

You agree to the following:

FINDOOL DISCLAIMS WARRANTIES INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT OF THIRD PARTY RIGHTS, AND EXPECTATION OF PRIVACY. FINDOOLE DOES NOT EXTEND WARRANTIES FOR THE RELIABILITY AND ACCURACY OF SITE SERVICES. THESE INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO (A) FUNCTIONALITY AND OPERATION OF THE SITE AND ITS SERVICES, (B) DOCUMENT ACCURACY, (C) ACCURACY OF SOURCES AND INFORMATION AND MATERIALS SUBMITTED ON SITE, (D) SITE CONTENT, AND (E) SERVICE EFFECTIVENESS.

YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR POTENTIAL RISKS INVOLVED WITH USING THE SITE SERVICES, THE INTERNET CONNECTION, AND FOR THE DOCUMENT AND INFORMATION SUBMITTED ONLINE. YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR ONLINE AND OFF-SITE BEHAVIOR WITH EMPLOYERS OR CANDIDATES.

THE RESULTS OF THE SITE SERVICES ARE NOT GUARANTEED BY FINDOOL. THE OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, SHAREHOLDERS, AND SUBSIDIARIES OF FINDOOLE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR INDIRECT DAMAGES INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO INCIDENTAL AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, LOSSES, FAILURE TO MAKE PROFITS, LOST DATA, LOST EMPLOYMENT, ETC. FINDOOL SHALL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR INDIRECT DAMAGES CAUSED BY INFORMATION ACCESSED ON SITE, FROM ITS SERVICES OR PRODUCTS, LISTED DOCUMENTS OR MEDIA, REGARDLESS OF CONTRACTS, TORTS, WARRANTIES, AND OTHER LEGAL BINDINGS.

IN THE EVENT THAT THE DAMAGE LIMITATIONS DO NOT APPLY TO YOU AND/OR CANNOT BE ENFORCED, YOU AGREE TO FINDOOL’S MAXIMUM LIABILITY WHICH FOR INDIRECT DAMAGES IS $250.00. FINDOOL AND ALL OF ITS ASSOCIATES ARE NOT LIABLE FOR DIRECT DAMAGES THAT EXCEED $250.00, OR THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO FINDOOL IF IT EXCEEDS SAID SUM. YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYMENT IN CASE OF DAMAGES FROM YOUR END. ADDITIONALLY, YOU AGREE THAT YOU WILL BE LIABLE FOR EQUITABLE RELIEF TO FINDOOL UPON VIOLATION OF THIS AGREEMENT FROM YOUR END.

THE DISCLAIMER AND LIABILITY LIMITATIONS APPLY IRRESPECTIVE OF WARRANTIES, CONTRACTS, NEGLIGENCE, TORTS, STATUTES, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL BINDINGS.

6. Indemnities

YOU HEREBY AGREE TO DEFEND FINDOOL AND ITS ASSOCIATES (OFFICERS, AGENTS, EMPLOYEES, MEMBERS, ETC.) AND TO INDEMNIFY THEM IN CASE OF THIRD PARTY ACCUSATIONS EMANATING FROM YOUR SITE USAGE AND SERVICE UTILIZATION WHICH INCLUDES BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO DOCUMENTS, MEDIA, AND OTHER INFORMATION POSTED BY YOU OR VIOLATED BY YOU.

IN TERMS OF THE CLAIMS, COSTS, LIABILITIES, EXPENSES, LOSSES, AND FEES WHICH HAVE BEEN INDEMNIFIED BY YOU DO NOT FALL UNDER THE RESPONSIBILITY OF FINDOOL.

FINDOOL WILL DEFEND AT ITS OWN EXPENSE THE DEFENSE OF ANY MATTERS SUBJECT TO INDEMNITIES BY THE USER, AND YOU AGREE TO COOPERATE IN THE DEFENSE PROCEEDINGS.

7. Billing

Findool bills fees for services under registered services, and can be categorized under one-time payable, monthly, and annual fees. Findool shall rebill your debit or credit cards regularly until you terminate your membership. For termination, contact Findoole and notify us well ahead of renewal dues.
